What do a big mouth and a butterfly have in common?

The answer:  The Science Museum of Western Virginia.  As you may know the Science Museum of Western Virginia (http://www.smwv.org/) just recently reopened in the Center in the Square (http://www.centerinthesquare.org/) in downtown Roanoke after a multimillion dollar refurbishment.  Part of this refurbishment included the addition of a 3000 sq. ft. butterfly garden.

Since two of our grandchildren  (Andres & Isabella) came to visit this past weekend we thought it might be a good time to visit the museum.  Although the museum is still a work in progress and the butterfly garden only has 2 species of butterflies so far, the kids still really enjoyed their visit.

So what about the really big mouth and the butterfly and by the way, the dragonfly?  Well see the pictures below to find out.
